Lincat Silverlink 600 HT6 four-plate electric hob with V6/F fan-assisted oven below, for commercial boiling, simmering, baking and roasting. Four independently controlled solid hotplates and a side-opening solid oven door.
Hob rating: 7kW, comprising two 2kW and two 1.5kW hotplates. Oven rating: 3kW, with thermostatic control from 50–250°C and 2/3 GN compatibility.
Dimensions marked on the unit: approximately 600mm W × 650mm D × 920mm H overall.
Power requirements: two separate electrical connections. HT6 hob rated for 230V single phase, 30.5A, or 400V three phase plus neutral and earth, with phase currents L1 8.7A, L2 13A and L3 8.7A. Requires a suitable high-current connection; fitted wiring configuration to be checked. V6/F oven: 230V single phase, 50Hz, 3kW, 13A.
