Seven GN 1/1 tray capacity with 67 mm spacing, 9.5-inch touchscreen controls and a 30–260°C temperature range. Steam, convection and combination cooking, programmable cooking cycles, multipoint core probe and ROTOR.Klean automatic washing system. Stainless-steel construction with a right-hinged glass door. The hood reduces steam and cooking odours and has an automatically washed condenser.
