These terms apply to all sales of goods by us. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Your order will be governed by the terms in force at the time of ordering.
ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT
- You confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are purchasing for legitimate business or consumer purposes.
- Information provided to us (billing, delivery, access details) must be accurate and kept up to date.
ORDER PROCESS & ACCEPTANCE
- Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll acknowledge receipt, but acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the goods or confirm acceptance in writing.
- We may decline/cancel before dispatch where: pricing or stock errors occur; fraud checks fail; we cannot deliver to your location; or we have reasonable concerns about misuse or resale.
PRICING, TAX & PAYMENT
- Prices are shown in GBP and exclude delivery unless stated. VAT is charged where applicable.
- We may change prices at any time before acceptance. Obvious pricing errors are not binding.
- Payment must clear in full prior to dispatch. Ownership transfers only after full payment (including delivery and any agreed charges) is received.
- We accept major debit/credit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Additional checks may be carried out to prevent fraud.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & CONDITION
- We aim for accuracy in descriptions, specifications and images. Minor variations can occur. Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the delivered item.
- NEW EQUIPMENT: supplied as per manufacturer specification and warranty.
- USED EQUIPMENT: fully tested and sold in working condition unless otherwise stated. Cosmetic wear should be expected.
DELIVERY
- Standard service is kerbside delivery only. Positioning, unpacking, installation and removal of packaging are not included unless agreed in writing.
- Delivery dates/times are estimates. We are not liable for courier delays beyond our reasonable control.
- You must ensure adequate vehicle access and that goods will fit through doorways and to the intended location. Aborted or re-delivery costs caused by access issues are chargeable.
- On arrival, inspect goods before signing. If damaged/incorrect, note this on the delivery document and notify us within 24 hours (and confirm in writing within 48 hours).
RISK & TITLE
Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive full payment for the goods and any applicable charges.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
- Returns are accepted only with our prior authorisation. Goods must be unused, in original packaging and returned within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Custom/special-order items and used/refurbished equipment are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Where the return is not due to our error, you are responsible for return carriage and risk in transit. A reasonable restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and administration.
WARRANTY
- NEW EQUIPMENT: covered by the manufacturer or supplier warranty (parts and/or labour as stated).
- USED EQUIPMENT: typically covered by a 3-month parts-only warranty unless stated otherwise.
- Conditions include installation and maintenance by a qualified engineer, prompt fault reporting and no unauthorised repairs. Full details are in the Warranty Policy.
LIABILITY
- We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
- Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses (including loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data). Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods in question.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including strikes, supplier failures, extreme weather, transport disruption or utility outages).
