UK Delivery Overview

We deliver refurbished catering equipment across mainland UK using trusted courier and pallet networks. Most items are dispatched within 1–3 working days after testing and quality checks.

  • Standard Delivery: Kerbside only, Monday - Friday.
  • Large Items: Pallet delivery - ensure clear access.
  • Highlands & Islands: Extended lead times and surcharges may apply.

Delivery Access

Deliveries are kerbside by default. Please make sure the area is accessible for large vehicles and that someone is available to receive and sign for your order.

  • Drivers are not obliged to move or install items.
  • Check doorway width and obstacles before delivery.
  • If you need installation or positioning, contact us in advance.
Tip: Let us know about access restrictions, loading bays, or steps - it helps us plan a smooth delivery.

Damages or Delivery Issues

All equipment is tested and packaged securely before shipping. Please inspect your item on arrival and note any visible damage on the courier’s paperwork.

  • Report damage or issues within 24 hours with photos.
  • Contact our team immediately if delivery fails or an item is missing.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us first. Returns are accepted within 14 days for authorised cases and must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • All returns require prior authorisation.
  • Return costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection.
Note: We cannot accept returns on equipment used for service unless a manufacturing or refurb fault is confirmed.

Warranty & Support

Every refurbished item includes a warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty length varies per product - details are shown on each listing.
