The Moffat hot cupboard 240 is a commercial hot cupboard designed for professional kitchens, including restaurants, hotels, conference centres, universities, schools, and holiday centres. This mobile hot cupboard features sliding doors and is based on Gastronorm GN1/1 pans, available in multiple lengths to suit various capacity needs. Constructed from fully insulated, robust stainless steel with a solid plain top, it is ideal for pre-heating plates and dishes or temporarily storing precooked food such as meats, poultry, vegetables, and sauces. The unit uses an energy-saving, fast heat-up and recovery forced air heating and recirculation system to evenly distribute heat. Refurbished; includes a minimum 30-day warranty.
